    Separator cyklonowy Airpol

    Cyclone Separator

The Airpol cyclone separator forms the first stage of compressed air treatment, responsible for effectively separating water-oil condensate. By utilizing the cyclonic (vortex) effect, it removes a significant amount of liquid before the dryer, relieving the load on downstream components of the treatment system and increasing their efficiency and service life.

The separated condensate collects on the walls of the separator, then flows down to the bottom of the tank and is discharged externally via a drain valve. To ensure fully automatic operation, the separator can be equipped with a mechanical or electronic condensate drain.

    Effective Condensate Separation

The separator uses the cyclonic (vortex) effect of the compressed air flow, effectively separating water-oil condensate already at the first stage of treatment.

Reduced Load on the Treatment System

Removing a significant amount of moisture before the dryer improves the performance of downstream equipment and extends its service life.

    Protection Against Condensate Re-Entrainment

The separator's special design, featuring a baffle above the tank bottom, prevents condensate from being re-entrained by the flowing compressed air.

    Automatic Condensate Discharge

The separator can be equipped with a mechanical or electronic condensate drain, ensuring maintenance-free discharge of the accumulated liquid.

    Simple and Reliable Design

The absence of complex moving parts results in high operational reliability, easy maintenance, and a long service life for the device.
