    Heat-Regenerated Desiccant Dryer

The Airpol heat-regenerated desiccant dryer is designed for installations requiring very high capacity and high-quality compressed air. The unit effectively removes moisture from compressed air, providing a standard pressure dew point of −40°C, or as low as −70°C in the special version.

Bed regeneration uses heated ambient air, which significantly reduces compressed air consumption and lowers operating costs. Thanks to intelligent control, the dryer automatically adapts its operation to current conditions, maintaining a consistent quality of dried air.

    Very Low Dew Point

The dryer provides a pressure dew point of −40°C as standard, or as low as −70°C in the special version, enabling use in the most demanding installations.

Regeneration with Minimal Compressed Air Consumption

The regeneration process uses heated ambient air. Thanks to the blower and heater, only about 3% of compressed air is used to regenerate the desiccant.

    Consistent Dried Air Quality

A pressure dew point sensor continuously monitors the humidity of the air leaving the dryer, while the controller automatically maintains the set drying level regardless of changing operating conditions.

    Intelligent Control

The Siemens controller optimizes the drying process based on real-time measurements, increasing the unit's energy efficiency. It also enables remote monitoring via a built-in web server, along with access to operating parameters, event history, and service due dates.

    High Compressed Air Quality

The dryer effectively removes moisture and, thanks to integrated filters, reduces solid particles and oil contamination, ensuring purity class 1.2.1 in accordance with ISO 8573-1.

    Low Pressure Drop

Large adsorption vessels and correctly sized manifolds reduce the flow velocity of compressed air, minimizing pressure losses in the system.

    Designed for Continuous Operation

The unit's design is built for uninterrupted operation, ensuring a constant supply of dry compressed air even in installations with high demand.

Simple Operation and Low Operating Costs

The simple design and automatic operation control make daily use easier, while the energy-efficient regeneration method helps reduce the unit's operating costs.
