Screw Compressor – Standard Version (18.5–55 kW)

The Airpol screw compressor is designed for companies seeking a reliable, durable, and efficient source of compressed air. It is a fully automatic unit ready for operation once connected to the power supply and pneumatic installation, ensuring stable performance even under heavy load. Available power ratings from 18.5 kW to 55 kW and operating pressures from 8 to 15 bar allow the compressor to be tailored to the requirements of various industrial installations. The proprietary ASU screw air-end and a wide range of design versions — including air-cooled, water-cooled, oil-water heat exchanger, and heat recovery system options — enable optimal adaptation of the unit to specific applications.

    5-Year Warranty

The proprietary ASU screw air-end, high-quality components, and over 60 years of manufacturer experience guarantee the unit's high durability and reliability. The compressor is covered by a 5-year warranty, confirming its quality and low operating costs.

    Efficient Cooling System

The efficient cooling system allows the compressor to operate at ambient temperatures of up to 40°C, ensuring safe operation and effectively lowering the temperature of the compressed air.

    Effective Oil Separation

The advanced separation system limits the oil content in the compressed air to no more than 3 ppm. This makes the compressor suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and allows it to work with additional air treatment systems.

    Intelligent Control

The AIRPOL POWER CONTROL MS-286 or MS-686 controller provides monitoring of operating parameters, intuitive operation, and secure remote access compliant with cybersecurity standards. The built-in web server enables compressor monitoring without the use of cloud services and without transmitting data outside the local network.

Easy Operation and Low Operating Costs

The well-thought-out design provides easy access to serviceable components, reducing downtime. Inspections performed every 3,000 operating hours or once a year help reduce operating costs and maintain the unit's high reliability.
