    Heatless Desiccant Dryer

The Airpol heatless desiccant dryer is designed for installations that require extremely dry compressed air or where there is a risk of pipework freezing. It is used, among others, in the electronics, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in instrument air systems.

The dryer achieves a pressure dew point down to −70°C, effectively separating moisture from the compressed air. Built-in filters additionally remove solid particles and oil from the air, ensuring a safe medium for demanding process applications.

    Very Low Dew Point

The dryer achieves a pressure dew point of −20°C, −40°C, or even −70°C, depending on the selected device series.

    Continuous Two-Column Operation

Two columns filled with a sorbent bed operate alternately. While one column dries the compressed air, the other undergoes regeneration, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of dry air.

    Air Purification

Integrated compressed air filters remove solid particles and oil, improving the quality of the medium and the safety of the installation's operation.

    Low Pressure Drops

Large-capacity air receivers and large-diameter manifolds limit the flow velocity of the compressed air, helping to reduce pressure drops in the system.

    Energy-Efficient Control

In versions with dew point measurement, the controller adjusts the length and frequency of the cycles to actual operating conditions. This helps reduce the consumption of dried air needed to regenerate the sorbent bed.

    Simple Operation

The dryer's design is simple to operate and suited for continuous operation, allowing it to provide a stable supply of dry compressed air in demanding installations.
