    High-Pressure Refrigerant Dryer (40 bar)

The Airpol OP HP high-pressure refrigerant dryer is designed to dry compressed air in systems operating at pressures up to 45 bar. The unit uses refrigeration technology to effectively remove moisture from compressed air and ensures a pressure dew point of +3°C.

The drying process uses two heat exchangers, with condensate automatically discharged via an electronic drain. This protects the installation against corrosion, reduces the risk of failure, and ensures proper compressed air quality in high-pressure systems.

Operation at Pressures up to 45 Bar

The dryer has been designed for high-pressure installations, ensuring effective drying of compressed air at operating pressures up to 45 bar.

    Pressure Dew Point of +3°C

The two-stage cooling process achieves a pressure dew point of +3°C, effectively eliminating moisture from compressed air.

    Automatic Condensate Discharge

Water condensed during the drying process is automatically removed via an electronic condensate drain, ensuring maintenance-free operation of the unit.

    Energy-Efficient Drying Process

The use of an air-to-air heat exchanger recovers thermal energy by reheating the dried air before it leaves the unit.

    Protection of the Pneumatic System

The dryer effectively prevents moisture condensation in the system, reducing the risk of pipeline corrosion, equipment damage, and disruptions to technological processes.

    Lower Operating Costs

Reducing the amount of moisture in compressed air extends the service life of system components and lowers costs related to repairs and equipment servicing.
