    Medical Air Dryer

The Ultrapure Smart medical dryer is designed to produce clean, dry compressed air for medical applications. The unit operates using moisture adsorption technology, ensuring air parameters that meet the requirements for breathing-grade media.

Its compact design integrates an adsorption dryer, gas contaminant adsorbers, filters, and an automatic condensate drain, forming a complete compressed air treatment system. The dryer is available in Standard and Superplus versions, allowing the solution to be tailored to the requirements of a specific installation.

    Compressed Air for Medical Applications

The dryer supplies clean, dry compressed air that meets the requirements for media used for medical and breathing purposes.

    Complete Treatment System

The unit combines an adsorption dryer, CO, CO₂, NOx, and SO₂ adsorbers, a pre-filter, an after-filter, and an automatic condensate drain in a single housing, forming a ready-to-use air preparation system.

    Compact Design

Its compact build and small footprint make the unit easy to install even in spaces with limited room.

    Replaceable Adsorption Cartridges

The adsorbent is housed in easily replaceable cartridges, simplifying servicing and helping maintain high air treatment quality.

    Operating Status Monitoring

A dedicated indicator signals when adsorption cartridges and filter elements need to be replaced, helping maintain safety and the unit's operational continuity.

Smart Operation in the Superplus Version

The Superplus model features a self-diagnostic system and load-dependent control. Its operating cycle automatically adjusts to the amount of moisture at the inlet, reducing regeneration air consumption and lowering operating costs.

    Matched to System Parameters

The dryer is selected based on operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and required flow rate, allowing it to be optimally matched to the specific application.
