    The Airpol screw compressor is designed for large industrial plants requiring a reliable source of compressed air for continuous operation. The fully automatic design ensures high performance, durability, and energy efficiency, while the proprietary ASU screw air-end guarantees stable operation even under the highest loads. Available power ratings from 75 kW to 315 kW and a pressure range of 8 to 13 bar allow the compressor to be matched to the requirements of even the most demanding industrial installations. High-quality components, a modern drive, and an intelligent control system ensure long service life and low operating costs.

    The proprietary ASU screw air-end, high-quality components, and over 60 years of manufacturer experience guarantee high durability and reliability of the device. The compressor is covered by a 5-year warranty, confirming its quality and low operating costs.

    High Efficiency and Effective Cooling

    The IE4-class motor is directly coupled to the screw air-end via a flexible coupling, ensuring maximum energy utilization and high reliability. An efficient radial fan and cooling system enable operation at ambient temperatures up to 40°C and effectively lower the temperature of the compressed air.

    Effective Oil Separation

    The advanced separation system limits the oil content in the compressed air to no more than 3 ppm. This makes the compressor suitable for a wide range of industrial applications and allows it to work with additional air treatment systems.

    Intelligent Control

    The AIRPOL POWER CONTROL MS-686 controller provides monitoring of operating parameters, intuitive operation, and secure remote access compliant with cybersecurity standards. The built-in web server allows the compressor to be monitored without the use of cloud services and without transmitting data outside the local network.
