Screw Compressor with Compressed Air Treatment System (18.5–22 kW)

The Airpol T screw compressor is designed for industrial plants that require high-quality compressed air. Its integrated treatment system, comprising a refrigerant dryer and compressed air filters, effectively removes moisture, solid particles, and oil contamination, protecting the system and pneumatic equipment from corrosion and failure. Available in 18.5 kW and 22 kW power ratings, the compressor is equally well suited to small facilities and extensive industrial installations. Its compact design reduces the installation footprint and eliminates the need to build a separate compressed air treatment system.

    High Compressed Air Quality

The integrated refrigerant dryer and two compressed air filters ensure a pressure dew point of +3°C and effectively remove moisture, solid particles, and oil. This solution protects the system from corrosion, extends equipment service life, and increases the reliability of process operations.

    Compact Treatment System

The entire treatment system is integrated into a single housing together with the compressor. This reduces the required installation footprint, simplifies installation, and lowers the cost of building a complete compressed air system.

    Smart Control

The AIRPOL POWER CONTROL MS-286 controller provides monitoring of operating parameters, intuitive operation, and secure remote access compliant with cybersecurity standards. The built-in web server allows the compressor to be monitored without using cloud services and without transmitting data outside the local network.

    5-Year Warranty

The proprietary ASU screw air-end, high-quality components, and over 60 years of manufacturing experience guarantee the unit's high durability and reliability. The compressor is covered by a 5-year warranty, confirming its quality and low operating costs.

Easy Operation and Low Operating Costs

The thoughtful design provides convenient access to serviceable components, reducing downtime. Maintenance performed every 3,000 operating hours or once a year helps reduce operating costs and maintain the unit's high reliability.
